By attending or participating in an event, program, or activity hosted, sponsored, or supported by the Mason County Chamber of Commerce, you acknowledge that photographs, videos, and other recordings may be taken during the event.
By attending or participating, you grant the Mason County Chamber of Commerce permission to photograph, record, and use your image, likeness, voice, and participation in promotional and informational materials without compensation.
Images and recordings may be used by the Chamber for purposes including, but not limited to:
- Chamber social media accounts and websites
- Newsletters and email communications
- Tourism and visitor promotion
- Community calendars, brochures, magazines, and advertisements
- Event promotion and recaps
- Chamber presentations and publications
- Promotional materials for Mason, Texas and Mason County
- Sharing with the City of Mason, Mason County, local businesses, tourism partners, organizations, and other community partners to help promote Mason and the surrounding area
The Chamber may edit, crop, reproduce, publish, or otherwise use photographs and recordings in print, digital, electronic, social media, video, and other media formats.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify a Mason County Chamber of Commerce staff member or event representative upon arrival. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
Minor Participants
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for notifying Chamber staff if they do not want their child photographed or recorded. By allowing a minor to attend or participate in a Chamber event, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges this photo and video notice and grants the permissions described above.
